Diamond, sapphire and 18K yellow gold spring loaded choker necklace in a Cartier style with two leopards in a relaxed pose, 120 round brilliant cut diamonds of a very white color and good clarity weigh approximately 3.62 ctw, 160 round full cut sapphires weigh approximately 11.94 ctw, 6mm round necklace material with leopards measuring 20mm x 24mm, necklace is designed to close to a 15 inch opening but as it's spring loaded could accommodate more, truly a magnificent piece that has the look, feeling and presence of a "MUCH" more expensive piece. Includes what is likely the original blue presentation box marked for Michalis of Greece. Gross weight of choker 65.8 dwt (102.4 g).
